Some of the skills that we focus on during our training sessions shooting, scoring, defense, conditioning, sibling,, IQ and character. We want our players to know different ways to build to score the ball into the basket. This is where we go through different sets of training to improve all their different shots on the court and their shooting form. We want our players to be the quickest and fastest on the court which is why we do many different defensive skills to make them better.
